1. Guest Safety
  • 24x7 Security: Trained security personnel present round the clock at main entrance, lobby, and critical points.
  • CCTV Surveillance: All common areas, entrances, exits, and corridors are monitored with CCTV (with recording facility) for safety and investigation.
  • Emergency Exits: Clearly marked, illuminated, and unobstructed fire exits on every floor.
Room Safety
  • Electronic door locks with key-card access.
  • Safety latches/chain locks inside rooms.
  • In-room safes provided for valuables.

Medical Assistance: Tie-up with nearest hospital/doctor-on-call available 24x7.

Guest Verification: Valid government ID proof mandatory at check-in for all guests (as per local law).

2. Fire & Emergency Preparedness

Fire Safety

  • Fire extinguishers and hydrants installed on each floor and inspected regularly.
  • Smoke detectors and fire alarm system operational throughout the property.
  • Emergency Lighting: Backup power supply in case of power failure.
  • Evacuation Plan: Floor-wise evacuation maps displayed at strategic points and inside guest rooms.
  • Drills: Fire and emergency evacuation drills conducted at least twice a year for both staff and guests.
3. Staff Safety & Training
  • Induction Training: All staff undergo orientation on hotel safety policy, fire-fighting, first aid, and guest security handling.
  • Protective Equipment: Housekeeping and engineering staff provided with gloves, masks, and safety gear as per work requirement.
  • Health & Hygiene: Staff undergo regular health check-ups as per food safety and hospitality standards.
  • Workplace Safety: No employee is allowed to operate machinery or electrical systems without proper training.
4. Food Safety & Hygiene
  • Compliance with FSSAI / HACCP guidelines.
  • Regular kitchen audits for hygiene, temperature control, and food storage.
  • Separate storage for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items.
  • Staff handling food must maintain personal hygiene and wear uniforms, gloves, and caps.
5. Data & Guest Privacy
  • Guest information and booking details kept confidential.
  • No guest information shared with outsiders without consent or legal requirement.
6. COVID & Health Protocols
  • Sanitizers available at reception, lobby, elevators, and restaurants.
  • Regular sanitization of rooms and public areas.
  • Contactless check-in/check-out encouraged.
7. Legal & Statutory Compliance
  • Adherence to local laws regarding guest registration (Police/intelligence reporting as required).
  • Fire license, health license, and safety inspections maintained up-to-date.
  • Compliance with labor laws, employee welfare, and insurance coverage.
