All bookings made with our hotel are strictly non-refundable. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
Guests may request a one-time amendment to their booking,
subject to availability: Individual bookings: Must inform at least 7 days before check-in.
Bulk bookings: Must inform at least 1 month before check-in.
Amendments are allowed only once and are strictly subject to room availability.
Approval is at the sole discretion of hotel management
In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged. No refunds will be issued.
For any cancellation or amendment request, guests must directly contact the Hotel Reservation Team. The management will review the request and provide a final decision.
